Luis Moran brings a rare blend of real estate experience, construction knowledge, and development savvy to every client he serves. With a decade in the industry, he specializes in new construction, land development, and multifamily projects across North Texas.

But his story in real estate started long before his license. Inspired by his father and grandfather, both of whom worked in construction, Luis developed an early passion for building not just properties, but communities. After college, he teamed up with one of his former professors and together they built close to a hundred properties.

Before real estate, he built a diverse career in entertainment, logistics, and business development, which sharpened his negotiation skills and his ability to think strategically.

Now as both a builder and a developer, Luis offers his clients an insider perspective on quality, long-term value and planning. He sees himself as an educator first, guiding clients step by step, making sure they understand not just what they're buying, but why it matters. His clients consistently praise his communication, attention to detail, and above all, honesty.

Luis believes transparency is the foundation of any successful real estate journey, and he is committed to straightforward guidance, start to finish.

Born in Mexico and now proud to call Sherman, Texas home, Luis loves to explore the world whenever he's not working with clients. His adventurous spirit has taken him to an incredible 103 countries and counting. He's also passionate about giving back, volunteering through teaching and local community work.

People often describe Luis as adventurous, spontaneous and intelligent—qualities that shape both his life and his professional style. And as a fun surprise, during college he spent six months as Aladdin at Disney World.
