Steve DePriest

Collin County resident Steve DePriest has called North Texas home since 1982. He and his wife, Colleen, have built a life centered around faith, family, and community, raising three children and now enjoying time with their six grandchildren.

Known for his strong values and commitment to treating people the right way, Steve has become a respected name in the North Dallas real estate market. His dedication to serving others is reflected in the fact that much of his business comes from repeat clients and personal referrals.

With more than 35 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and real estate, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every transaction. After earning Rookie of the Year during his first year in real estate, he continued to receive numerous awards while consistently ranking among the area’s top producers.

In addition to serving clients, Steve is passionate about mentoring and developing other real estate professionals. Most recently, he completed two and a half years as a District Director with Fathom Realty, where he led and supported 175 agents throughout the region.
