Madeline Madrid
Madeline Madrid is a Texas real estate agent who approaches real estate as a form of service, not just a transaction. Guided by her tagline—Serving with integrity, guiding with purpose—Madeline is deeply committed to helping clients navigate one of the most important financial and emotional decisions of their lives with empathy, care, and honesty. Her passion for real estate began early, sparked by a desire to truly understand the buying and selling process and shaped by mentors who emphasized ethical representation and client-first advocacy. She believes every transaction deserves patience, respect, and clear guidance rooted in strong values.
Before real estate, Madeline spent many years working in the coffee industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for community, connection, and meaningful conversation. That experience continues to influence her client relationships today—she is known for being approachable, patient, organized, and an excellent communicator who takes time to educate her clients and set clear expectations. Her approach is calm, hands-on, and advisor-focused, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Madeline is local to Anna, Texas, with Collin County as her core market, and proudly serves clients throughout the greater Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Anna, Melissa, McKinney, Plano, and surrounding communities. She works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, military and veteran clients, relocation buyers, and new construction. She is a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSHAC)–approved Realtor, allowing her to better serve clients seeking down payment assistance and long-term affordability solutions.
Deeply rooted in her community, Madeline serves as Secretary of the Anna Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, contributing to local planning, organization, and community development. She also volunteers on the tech team at Pin Oaks Christian Fellowship, supporting weekly services and church operations. Originally from McKinney, she and her husband chose Anna as the place to raise their family and are proud to call it home. Outside of real estate, Madeline enjoys time outdoors with her family, exploring local coffee shops (especially Country Charmed Coffee), cooking and baking, attending church, painting, and learning about city history and development.
Fun fact: One of Madeline’s most unforgettable experiences was an Alaskan cruise where she took a seaplane into the wilderness and witnessed a massive brown bear up close—an awe-inspiring moment that left a lasting impression and deep appreciation for creation.
Patient, trustworthy, and genuine, Madeline is committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and alignment—always advocating for her clients’ best interests and long-term goals.
