Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Miesha Hayes is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve one of life's biggest milestones—finding a place to call home. After spending ten years in Atlanta before returning to Dallas, she developed a deep appreciation for the communities that make North Texas such a special place to live, work, and grow.
Miesha's journey into real estate began after purchasing her own home. Inspired by a REALTOR® who believed in more than simply closing a transaction, she experienced firsthand what it meant to have someone genuinely invested in her family's future. That experience sparked a passion to provide the same level of care, guidance, and advocacy to others. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a background in business operations, process improvement, customer experience, and Lean Six Sigma, Miesha brings a strategic mindset, exceptional organization, and a solutions-focused approach to every transaction. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions a person will make, and she is committed to making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and some of her favorite memories are made traveling with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Logan and Liam, her sisters, and their nieces. She also enjoys volunteering through her local church and believes that serving others is one of life's greatest privileges.
